Process

The process for getting your music engraved is fairly simple. When you submit a manuscript to Joyful Sound, we will review it and offer you a quote.  

If the terms are acceptable to you, you will then return that quote to us with your signature and date at the bottom. This will constitute a contract between you and Joyful Sound. When we receive this signed quote, we will proceed with the engraving.

Upon completion of the engraving, we will send to you, in the form of a PDF file emailed to you, a sample copy of your engraved work, along with a bill for services. At this time you may specify any changes or modifications that need to be made, and we will proceed with the corrections.

Please note that if the modifications are not covered under the original contract, a new quote will be presented to you, which must be signed and returned before changes will be made. Please see our pricing page for a list of included services.

Once Joyful Sound has received payment in full for the engraving services, we will then email you the completed score, beautifully engraved and ready for publishing.
